5. Order cancellation - return policy
You have the right to return the whole order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 working days from the date you receive it and on the condition that you choose another product from our store.

You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging having been tampered with and confirming that the product's special markings have not been removed. In the event that the reason for your return concerns an error on the part of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of shipping to you and returning the product.

If the products are returned, their replacement will be completed within 3 working days from the date we receive them. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the company, the BEKAY company undertakes to re-send the courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense. From the moment the product leaves you, the BEKAY company receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece and via GENERAL POST or within 3-5 working days for returns from foreign countries via UPS.

In the event that you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail how to process it.
